Issues at the dorm?
Contact Caretaker Ken

Ken is the inspector on all three dormitories. Kens office is in Korallen, in room number 1. His office hours are on weekdays from 7.30-12.00. If it is not possible for you to reach him during these hours, you can send him an e-mail on kca@ubsbolig.dk, or call him on phone number +45 27 78 38 56 (only emergencies outside office hours). Ken can help you with practical things in Korallen, both in your room and in the common kitchens. You can also use the form below to contact him.

Problems with rent, payment or anything else? Contact Oliver

Do you have issues with your deposit or payment of your rent? Oliver is the administrator of the dormitories and can help you out with these issues. You can write Oliver on ola@ubsbolig.dk or call him on phone number +45 33 34 77 64 during the following office hours:

Monday–Wednesday: 10.00–12.00 & 13.00–15.00
Thursday: 13.00–17.00
Friday: 10.00–12.00
