Kolibrien

About Kolibrien

Kolibrien is a dormitory, which consists of 48 rooms for Danish students and 12 for exchange students. All rooms have own bath/toilet, and on each floor, there is a common kitchen.

The rooms are about 17 square meters, including bathroom. There are washing machines available, where the cost of washing will be added to your rent the following month. The dormitory shares a yard with the Idun Dormitory, which resides besides Kolibrien.

Trekroner

In the area around Trekroner Station, there are two grocery stores and a selection of specialty stores. There are also cafées and restaurants nearby, as well as a pizza place.

Transport

From the dormitory, there is:

• A 3 minute walk to RUC.
• About 8 minutes walk to Absalon.
• About 3 minutes walk to Trekroner Station, where you can get to Copenhagen in 25 minutes and Roskilde in 3 minutes by train. There are also bus 201A, 209, and 220 departing from Trekroner Station.
• It takes about 30 minutes by public transportation to reach ZIBAT.
